The inspiration for the EVO 2.0 brush came from an unexpected source. Italgam’s CEO, Maurizio Chiacchierini, first encountered a similar product while in British Columbia, Canada. Chiacchierini began developing the product after a solar installer asked if the concept could be adapted to stop pigeons from nesting under panels. He accepted the challenge, ultimately creating and patenting the EVO 2.0 brush. Bird prevention has since become a vital part of Italgam’s business, accounting for about 90% of its production. The EVO 2.0 brush is now a trusted tool for over 1,300 solar companies worldwide.
