The proceeds from this pioneering bond are earmarked for SchneiTec Dynamic, part of the SchneiTec Group, to finance the construction of a 60MW solar power facility in Kampong Chhnang province. A critical feature of the project is the inclusion of a battery storage system, which will enhance grid stability and ensure a more reliable supply of clean energy. The bond was officially listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) between April 10-11, 2025, marking its formal entry into the public market.
