The sale encompasses a portfolio of three distinct solar farms, all located in the Loiret region of France. The projects involved are:
- Presnoy (26.25 MWp) and Nargis (14.96 MWp): These two projects were sold on a turnkey basis to Tenergie, a French independent power producer. This deal marks the third successful transaction between ABO Energy and Tenergie in the last three years, solidifying their strong partnership.
- Bonny-sur-Loire (43.68 MWp): This larger project was acquired by the French company CVE, building on a history of previous portfolio and project sales between the two firms earlier in 2025.
All three projects have successfully secured Contracts for Difference (CfD) through a competitive public tendering process in France. This state-backed mechanism guarantees a stable, inflation-linked revenue stream, making the projects highly attractive and bankable for investors.
