Ireland has successfully allocated more than 860 MW of solar capacity in its fifth Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS) auction, securing a total of 1,531 MW across 26 projects. This includes 860.8 MW of solar across 16 projects, 591.3 MW of onshore wind across seven projects, and 79.5 MW of hybrid projects combining solar and wind.
