Sembcorp Industries has signed a 25-year deal to supply solar energy to Meta in Singapore, a significant step supporting the tech giant’s goal to operate on 100% renewable energy.
The landmark agreement covers a 500MWp solar portfolio, which includes rooftop systems and a 180MWp floating solar farm to power Meta’s data centers, offices, and other operations across the country.
