Turkey has launched a 2.4 GW renewable energy tender under its YEKA program, allocating 900 MW to solar and 1.5 GW to onshore wind capacity across 21 separate auctions.

Turkey Renewable Energy Tender Price Limits
The maximum bid price is capped at EUR 0.055/kWh for both sectors. Minimum prices are set at EUR 0.0325/kWh for solar and EUR 0.035/kWh for wind. If bids hit these lows, competition will shift to financial contributions per megawatt.
Turkey Renewable Energy Tender Commercial Structure
Successful developers will be able to sell electricity in the open market for 60 months for solar projects and 72 months for wind projects before entering a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA).
