The acquisition, made through its SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund (SAETF), positions Gresham House to accelerate the development of clean energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients across Vietnam.

The deal, confirmed on March 11, 2026, will see SAETF become the sole equity owner of ACCV. This follows Gresham House’s earlier acquisition of SUSI Partners, which has since been integrated into its expansive Energy Transition division. ACCV has established itself as a leading developer of on-site renewable energy projects in Vietnam since its founding in 2020. The company specializes in providing distributed clean energy solutions, primarily through rooftop solar installations for multinational and domestic industrial clients. The acquisition of ACCV is a cornerstone of Gresham House’s broader strategy for the region. ACCV will become a core component of SAETF’s “OASIS” platform, which is dedicated to commercial and industrial renewable projects across Southeast Asia.
This platform operates alongside other strategic initiatives, including:
