These projects are governed by a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA), which mandates they achieve commercial operation to supply clean energy to the state’s grid.

Project Financing and Financial Outlook

Funding for the development will be sourced from a combination of Nestcon‘s internal capital and external bank borrowings. The long-term, 25-year PPA is expected to provide a stable and recurring revenue stream, positively impacting the company’s financial health. Nestcon anticipates that these projects will enhance its net assets, boost earnings per share, and improve its gearing ratio over the life of the agreement. Key conditions include finalizing financial closure within a set timeframe and submitting a commitment bond to ECoS to ensure timely project execution.
