The project also includes a substantial 30 MW/60 MWh battery storage system. Once fully operational, the solar park is expected to generate 150 GWh of clean electricity annually—enough to power approximately 70,000 homes and significantly reduce carbon emissions. The project is currently in the permitting phase, with plans to submit the application by the end of 2024. If approved, construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and is anticipated to take around 15 months to complete.
