The U.S. Energy Association (USEA) and Montenegro are partnering to modernize the country’s energy sector, the association announced.
The collaboration will focus on strengthening energy security, integrating regional energy markets, and developing a resilient power system. These efforts are intended to support Montenegro’s ongoing grid modernization plans.
“USEA has worked alongside Montenegrin energy institutions to strengthen energy security, integrate regional markets, and build a resilient power sector,” the organization said in a statement. The partnership aligns with broader goals to enhance energy security in the Balkans.
